I didn't learn this stuff in a classroom or from a YouTube channel. I lived it. Every strategy I teach — whether it's about your body, your credit, or your brand — came from my own rock bottom and my own climb back up.
I grew up in New Brunswick, NJ. The streets were real. The temptations were real. And at 19 years old, I made choices that landed me a 6-year prison sentence.
That could've been the end of my story. Instead, it became the beginning.
I came home with nothing — no credit, no connections, no blueprint. Just the discipline I built inside and a burning desire to prove that my past didn't define my future.
After getting out, I got locked in on my health and lost over 100 pounds. No trainer, no fancy gym — just the same discipline I carried home from those 6 years. That transformation opened my eyes to what's possible when you commit to the process.
Now I'm making upwards of six figures and I built Fouchex because I know there are people out there just like me who need the real blueprint — not the watered-down version.
The Full Story
The Beginning
Growing up in New Brunswick wasn't easy. The streets were all around me — the hustle, the traps, the fast life. Like a lot of kids from the hood, I got caught up. I thought I knew the game. I didn't.
Age 19
At 19 years old, my choices caught up with me. I caught a 6-year bid and walked through those gates thinking my life was over. Six years. I had nothing but time — and a choice about what to do with it.
Inside
Prison could've broken me. Instead, it built me. I started working out every single day with nothing but my bodyweight and my will. I read. I studied. I worked on my mind and my spirit just as hard as my body. I decided that the version of me that went in was not the version coming home.
Coming Home
I came home with nothing — no credit, no connections, no blueprint. Just the discipline I built inside and a hunger to prove my past didn't define me. I hit the ground running. I got locked in on my fitness and lost over 100 pounds after coming home. I rebuilt my credit from scratch. I built my brand from nothing.
Today
Now I'm making upwards of six figures — not by luck, but by applying the same discipline and strategy to every area of my life. And I built Fouchex because I know there are people out there just like me who need the real blueprint, not the watered-down version.
